Based in Berkshire, Lexy Smith is an innovative new designer with a début collection of classic, beautiful bridal gowns influenced by fashion through the ages. Lexy can also create bespoke wedding dresses made to the clients exact desires.
Lexy Smith began designing at a young age. With qualifications in Art, Media Studies and Graphic Design, Lexy has always dedicated her time to being creative.
When looking for the perfect bridal gown for her own wedding Lexy found it hard to find the dress of her dreams. Influenced by the romantic, feminine style of her favourite bridal wear designer, Claire Pettibone, Lexy designed her own gown. Lexy found a team of talented dressmakers who brought her dream dress to life. The process inspired her to design an exclusive collection of gowns which have been created alongside the same dressmakers that made her own wedding gown.
Lexy Smith's main design influences are the romantic and vintage inspired American based designer Claire Pettibone, the dramatic and theatrical award winning British designer Ian Stuart and, of course, the world renowned Vera Wang.
